Bullseye Lead Solutions ("Bullseye," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit bullseyeleadsolutions.com (the "Site"), contact us, or use our services. It also explains how we use and share that information and what choices you have. By using the Site or submitting your information to us, you agree to this policy.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information. This includes your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and the date and time of your visit. We collect it using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
Information from advertising and analytics partners. If you reach our Site through an ad, platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn may share information with us about how you interacted with that ad.

- Deliver, manage, and improve our services
- Process payments and manage client accounts
- Send you service-related communications and, with your consent, marketing communications by email, phone, or text message

AI-Assisted Communications
We use automated tools, including AI-powered assistants, to help respond to inquiries, send follow-up messages, and schedule meetings. These tools process the information you provide only to carry out those tasks. You can ask to speak with a person at any time by replying to a message or contacting us at the email below.

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you messages about your inquiry, appointment scheduling, reminders, and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for help.
We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information-sharing categories described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties. We may share mobile numbers only with service providers that help us deliver our messaging services, such as our messaging platform and carriers.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following situations:
- With service providers. We share information with vendors that help us run our business, such as our CRM and marketing automation platform (HighLevel/LeadConnector), payment processing (Stripe), scheduling tools, email and messaging providers, hosting, and analytics. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
- With advertising platforms. We may share limited data, such as hashed contact information or Site activity, with advertising platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. We do this to measure our ads and reach relevant audiences.
- For legal reasons. We may share information when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bullseye, our clients, or others.
- In a business transfer. If Bullseye is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

The client is responsible for how it uses your information, and the client's own privacy policy governs that use. If you have questions about information you submitted through one of our clients' pages, please contact that client directly. You may also contact us, and we will help route your request.
